Report a Problem

See something that isn't right? Here's the fastest way to flag it:

  • Report a listing, user, or message — signed-in users can use the Report button right on any listing, profile, or message.
  • Report a bug — signed-in users can send details from inside the app at Profile → Report a Bug.
  • No account, or prefer email? Email support@xchngbl.com with what happened and any details (username, listing, screenshots).

We review every report, typically within 24–48 hours.

Staying Safe

Trades on xchngbl happen in person, so a few simple habits keep things safe:

  • Meet in public, well-lit places during daylight
  • Bring a friend, and tell someone where you're going
  • Inspect items thoroughly before you commit to the trade
  • Trust your gut — if something feels off, cancel and report it
