Create a listing
List something you're open to trading — snap a few photos and let AI help with the title and details. Your first listing takes about a minute. Listings are visible to the XCHNGBL community; enable your Trade Page later if you want them public at your own shareable link.
Find what you want
Browse what neighbors are offering and save the items you like to your Wants. When you save someone's listing AND they save yours, that's a match — you both get notified, because you each have something the other wants.
Propose a trade
Found something? Propose a trade with one of your items — or several. If the values don't quite line up, either side can add some cash to balance the trade. Most trades don't need it, but it's there when it helps.
Counter until it's right
Trades are a conversation, not a yes/no. Accept, counter, or pass — swap items in and out, adjust the cash, and message each other until the trade feels fair to both of you.
Meet up and swap
When you've agreed, arrange a local meetup to exchange. Meet in well-lit public places during the day, let someone know where you're going, and inspect items before you swap. Then confirm the trade in the app to build your trading reputation.
